Ground Water Affects the Stability of a Commercial Building

Jesik Consulting was contacted due to ground water affecting the stability of several buildings at the Sangre De Cristo Art Center located about 500 feet from the Pueblo Convention Center.

We completed a hydrogeological site investigation that included drilling through asphalt to install nine monitoring wells at the property. Drilling was completed with a truck mounted air rotary hammer and a portable air rotary drill rig. Soil and rock were logged during drilling and samples were collected and tested. A hydrogeology report was prepared to present the study findings along with water control and ground stability recommendations.
