Swisspod Hyperloop

Jesik Consulting & Engineering supported the development of Swisspod’s Project Matterhorn at PuebloPlex—an advanced hyperloop testing facility designed to validate next-generation transportation systems at full scale. The project included a 1,700-foot test track, with plans to expand into a one-mile closed-loop system across 43 acres. Jesik provided geotechnical engineering, civil support, and construction-phase services, including site investigations, subsurface analysis, foundation recommendations, and alignment modeling to support layout and constructability.

Throughout construction, Jesik delivered field services, quality control, and materials testing to ensure performance and compliance. This included weld verification for airtight system requirements, field compaction testing, and concrete testing in accordance with project specifications. The project required precise rail alignment within tight tolerances and ongoing field adjustments, which were addressed through real-time coordination and engineering support. Project Matterhorn demonstrated Jesik’s ability to deliver reliable solutions for complex, innovative infrastructure projects.
